Brasserie O’Flottes - 2 rue Cambon, Paris 1st – casual brasserie, outstanding comfort food

Le Soufflé - 36 rue du Mont Thabor, Paris 1st – if you like soufflés….you'll LOVE this place

Le petit Vendôme – 8 rue des capucines, Paris 2nd – perfect for lunch or small snacks

Café Marly - 93 rue de Rivoli, Paris 1st - perfect for for people watching

Verjus Wine Bar and Restaurant - 52 rue Richelieu, Paris 1st - new restaurant of the private supper club “Hidden Kitchen chefs”, excellent modern gastronomy, book ahead

Saturne - 17 rue Notre Dame des Victoires, Paris 2nd - new French restaurant with inventive cuisine

Racines - 8 passage des Panoramas, Paris 2nd - Modern French cuisine, inventive and fresh, natural wines

Near the Eiffel Tower:

La Fontaine de Mars – 129 rue Saint Dominique, Paris 7th – specializing in South-west French cuisine

Café Constant – 139 rue Saint Dominique, Paris 7th – nice café from a Michelin Star chef

Les Cocottes – 135 rue Saint- Dominique, Paris 7th – everything is served in a crocette

Chez L’ami Jean, 27 rue Malar, Paris 7th – a fantastic little bistro

Near the Champs Elysées:

Le relais de l’Entrecôte, 15 rue Marbeuf, Paris 8th – THE place for steak and frites – reservations not taken

Mini Palais – 3 avenue Winston Churchill, Paris 8th – great setting behind the Grand Palais with delicious food

Philippe et Jean-Pierre, 7 rue Boccador, Paris 8th – French classical restaurant

Chez Maitre Pierre, 7 rue Marbeuf, Paris 8th – Italian restaurant

In Saint Germain des Pres:

Waknine, 9 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, Paris 6th – one of the highest rated restaurants in Paris

Le Relais de l' Entrecote, 101 Boulevard du Montparnasse - Paris 6th – do you like steak and french fries? This is THE place for you because nothing else is served on them menu; no reservations taken

L'Epi Dupin, 11 rue Dupin, Paris 6th - much loved local bistro, reservations recommended a few days before

In le Marais / near Notre Dame Cathedral:

Breizh Café, 109 rue Vieille du Temple, Paris 3rd – THE ultimate place for crêpes (reservations highly recommended) Glou, 101 rue Vieille du Temple, Paris 3rd - a nice, casual French restaurant
